Spirit Rising Herbs, LLC is made up of Michele Collins and Andres Vergara, both of whom have clinical practices of Chinese medicine, Michele as an herbalist and Andres as an acupuncturist and herbalist. Michele and Andres are both very passionate about the practice of Chinese medicine and qi gong. They have studied and practiced Chinese medicine for a combined total of over 18 years and both currently practice at the Naturopathic Health Clinic in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Michele and Andres co-author the spirit rising herbs blog, writing articles both individually and jointly. Michele, a professional member of the American Herbalist Guild (RH) and a Master of Public Health (MPH), integrates Chinese, Ayurvedic, and western herbs, nutritional therapy, and qi gong into her practice as an herbalist.
